Dis was a long lonewy weekend.  Mommy and Daddy wasn’t home muches this weekend, so me and Alley was by ourselves.  I was supposed to goes to da vets on Saturdays.  I wuv going to da vets, but Mommy had to cancels my visit.  Dey had to goes to a funerals.  It was reawwy sad, and Mommy and Daddy kept cryings.  I never seen Daddy cries before, but he was reawwy sad.  When dey gots home Saturday nights I laid on the couch with Daddy.  I think it made him feels better because he loved on mes then fell asleeps.  He stopped cryings tho.

I think Mommy’s mad at me.  See sometimes I like to read The Purrfect Website, and all those cats play this game called horsecats.  It sounded like lots of fun to me, so last night I decided to play.  I ran round and round in the bedroom but that was no fun.  Lazy Bubba wouldn’t get off the bed and play with me.  I thought a little physical motivation might work, so I bapped him in the head a few times and took off.  That lazy dog still wouldn’t play with me!

I decided I needed to change my strategy.  I ran round and round and round in circles on the bed, but that didn’t work.  Daddy just reached over and bopped me off the bed.  I think he was still asleep when he did it because he kept right on snoring. I gave up and curled up on Mommy’s pillow.

This morning I tried to play again.  I ran round and round and round in circles across the house, over the couches, across the table.  It was no fun.  Mommy kept yelling at me and stoopid Bubba wouldn’t get out of his chair and play with me.  He’s the laziest dog I’ve ever seen!

Hmm.  Maybe horsecats is only fun when you have 2 kittehs to play.

Mommy says she needs onea those handhelds pdas. At first I was all exciteds because I dun know what dat is. Den she said it’s a “Personal Digital Assistant” and now I not happy anymores! Why she need a PDA? I’m Mommy’s assistant! I sits in her chair with her all days helping her works. I do funny things so she can blogs about dem. I bet a “Personal Digital Assistant” can’t do dats!  I barks when the mailman brings her compuder parts.  I bet a “Personal Digital Assistant” can’t do dats either!  You know what I think about da PDA?  If she gets one I wants to chews it up.  Nobodys or Nuffins takin’ dis doggies job!

Me finks somebodys went to Oktoberfests last night and had too much funs! Mommy and Daddy wents to Oktoberfests, but they couldn’t takes me because doggies aren’t allowed on the fields unless they are worker doggies that leads the blind hoomans arounds. I’m too lazy to be a worker doggies, but maybe dis guy is one. It looks like he went to Oktoberfests and had too much beers!

Sorry Isis, but it’s about time I break it to you. I really have two loves in my life. Yes you are the main object of my affection, but I’m just not the kind of Alley Cat who settles down. You’ll just have to learn to share my affection with my beautiful polydactyl friend Fuzzle. How can I say no to a feline with so many extra toes? She grabs my heart with every single one of them.
